Crypto Payment Terms

These Crypto Payment Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of cryptocurrency to pay for any digital services, subscriptions, listing upgrades, or other paid features offered on Nozhove.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a payment in cryptocurrency, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Use.

1. Accepted Cryptocurrency

We currently accept the following cryptocurrency:

• USDT (TRC-20) on the TRON network.

We may add or remove supported cryptocurrencies at our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated on the platform or at checkout.

2. Payment Processor (CryptoCloud)

All cryptocurrency payments are processed via a third-party payment provider, currently:

CryptoCloud

When you perform a payment, you may be redirected to CryptoCloud’s payment page or widget. CryptoCloud handles the technical aspects of receiving cryptocurrency, confirming transactions, and notifying us of payment status.

By using crypto payments on Nozhove.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

• CryptoCloud is an independent service provider with its own terms and privacy policy;
• we are not responsible for any errors, downtime, or security incidents occurring on CryptoCloud’s side;
• any dispute related to the technical processing of the payment may need to be addressed with CryptoCloud directly.

3. Non-Custodial Model

Nozhove.com operates on a non-custodial model for cryptocurrency payments. This means that:

• we do not hold cryptocurrency balances on behalf of users;
• we do not store private keys or seed phrases;
• we do not offer hosted or custodial wallets;
• payments are made directly from your wallet to the address or payment endpoint provided by CryptoCloud for a particular order.

After a successful payment and confirmation from CryptoCloud, the corresponding digital service (such as listing promotion, feature activation, or subscription) will be made available to your account, subject to the conditions of the specific product.

4. Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once you send cryptocurrency to the address specified for your order, it cannot be recalled or reversed by us or by CryptoCloud.

Before confirming any payment, you must carefully check:

• that you are using the correct network (TRC-20);
• that you have copied the correct payment address or used the correct payment link/QR code;
• that the amount is correct;
• that you have sufficient funds in your wallet including network fees.

We are not responsible for any loss of funds caused by, including but not limited to:

• sending funds to the wrong address;
• using the wrong network or token standard;
• underpaying or overpaying the invoice amount;
• incorrect or expired payment links;
• user-side wallet errors or compromised wallets.

5. Pricing and Fees

All prices for paid features are displayed in cryptocurrency or in a fiat-equivalent that is converted to cryptocurrency at the time of payment (as indicated in the interface).

You acknowledge that:

• network fees (“gas” or transaction fees) for sending cryptocurrency are paid by you and are not refundable;
• fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates may affect the effective value of your payment at different times;
• we are not responsible for any losses related to cryptocurrency price volatility.

6. Payment Confirmation and Service Activation

After you send the payment, CryptoCloud will detect and confirm the transaction on the blockchain. Once the transaction reaches the required confirmation level, CryptoCloud will notify us of successful payment.

Upon receipt of a valid payment confirmation, we will:

• activate the corresponding service or feature on your account; or
• prolong or upgrade an existing service, as applicable.

Activation time may depend on network confirmation speed and CryptoCloud processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, temporary service interruptions, or other technical issues outside of our direct control.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of blockchain technology and the irreversibility of cryptocurrency transactions, we do not provide refunds for completed and confirmed payments in cryptocurrency.

In exceptional cases where a technical error occurs on our side and prevents the provision of the service after a correctly processed payment, we may, at our sole discretion:

• extend your service period;
• apply the value of the payment as a credit to your account for future use;
• or provide another form of non-monetary compensation.

We are not able to reverse a transaction on the blockchain or issue refunds in fiat currency for crypto payments.

8. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

We reserve the right to delay or withhold activation of services if we suspect:

• fraudulent activity; or
• use of stolen or compromised funds; or
• violation of our Terms of Use or applicable laws.

We may also suspend or terminate your account where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the platform and other users from abuse.

9. Taxes and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether any taxes apply to your use of the Services and for reporting and paying such taxes to the appropriate tax authorities in your jurisdiction.

We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult your own advisors regarding any questions about taxation or regulatory obligations related to cryptocurrency payments.

10. Changes to Crypto Payment Terms

We may update these Crypto Payment Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in supported currencies, payment processors, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”.

Your continued use of crypto payment methods after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
